A separate issue is the frequency of disinfection. It is recommended to carry out deep sanitary cleaning of the kitchen once a month and common areas, at least once a quarter. This regularity helps to prevent the accumulation of fat and bacteria in hidden corners. This is especially important in summer, when humidity rises, and sandstorms (the season is from June to August) bring fine dust that clogs filters and cracks.
